Hi, I’m Yanna, the heart and hands behind Mama Yanna’s Kitchen.
I’ve been cooking for as long as I can remember, and after working five years in food manufacturing, I saw just how much confusion exists around the foods we eat. That experience opened my eyes to how important it is to understand what we fuel our bodies with and how much better we can feel when we do.
I’ve also been an athlete my entire life, competing, training, and staying active. With over 10 years of coaching experience, I understand the connection between nutrition, performance, and overall well-being. I’ve watched how the right foods can transform energy, confidence, strength, and consistency — not just for athletes, but for everyday people.
That’s why I created MamaYanna’s Kitchen.
I believe food should be flavorful, nourishing, and made with real ingredients. I love good food, but I also believe in prioritizing health, balance, and education. My goal is to offer meals that are quality, nutritious, and full of flavor, while helping people build sustainable habits that support their lifestyle and goals.
Healthy eating shouldn’t feel complicated or boring and I’m here to make it simple, delicious, and enjoyable.
